Hernandez Earns Second GSAC Attacker of the Week Honor of the Season

San Dimas, Calif. — Life Pacific University Athletics is proud to announce Jocelyn Hernandez as the GSAC Attacker of the Week, marking this the second time this season she is receiving these honors.  Hernandez was named Attacker of the Week, following a weekend that was highlighted by the Warrior's first GSAC victory, in which Hernandez finished with 17 kills and 4 blocks in a four-set defeat of La Sierra University.

Hernandez made her presence felt on the attack, finishing the weekend with 56 kills across 15 sets (3.73 kills/set) while hitting an efficient .328. She also contributed 12 blocks over the four matches, helping the Warriors go 3-1 for that stretch.  Hernandez currently sits at #8 in the GSAC in hitting percentage (.263), 7th in kills/set (2.87) and 9th in points/set (3.24).
