Warriors Sweep Benedictine Mesa for Third Straight GSAC Win

San Dimas, Calif. — Life Pacific Volleyball kept its momentum rolling on Friday night, sweeping Benedictine Mesa (25–21, 25–19, 25–18) at Mehl Court. The victory lifts the Warriors to 8–5 overall and 3–2 in GSAC play, marking another strong home performance and their third GSAC victory in a row

 

Jocelyn Hernandez, the reigning GSAC Attacker of the Week, continued to pace the offense with 10 kills on .333 hitting and a block for 11 points.

 

Kate Smith turned in a steady all-around effort, recording a near double-double with 9 kills and 11 digs, while adding an ace. Her consistency kept the Warriors steady in long rallies and fueled scoring runs.

 

Setter Marlayina Masani orchestrated the attack with 15 assists, while contributing 4 kills, 8 digs, and a service ace. She also had a hand in a block, giving LPU production in every phase of the game.

 

Off the bench, Allana Munoz-Price delivered a spark at the service line, firing 4 aces to swing momentum in the Warriors' favor.

As a team, the Warriors posted 35 kills, 48 digs, 6 aces, and 9 total blocks, holding Benedictine Mesa to just a .036 hitting percentage.
